The Sustainable Transport Award

Each year, ITDP and the Sustainable Transport Award Committee honor cities that have implemented innovative sustainable transport projects in the preceding year. These cities’ policies improve mobility for all residents, reduce transport-related emissions, build resiliency, and enhance safety and access for cyclists and pedestrians.

The winning city and honorable mentions are celebrated at an award ceremony each year in February. To be notified when the annual application period opens, subscribe to ITDP’s Sustainable Transport Bulletin.
