Our Team

ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Lu Qiuyang

Transportation Engineer

Qiuyang joined ITDP as a Transport Engineer in February 2021. She is specialized in transport demand modeling, public policy, logistics and supply chain management, and data analytics. She graduated from an intercollegiate master’s program on Transport from Imperial College London and University College London in 2020. She also holds two bachelor’s degrees on Business Management (Logistics and Operations) from Cardiff University and Transportation from Dalian Maritime University. Her current projects include electric-bikes management and vehicle electrification. She aims to promote sustainable transport practice in China to other countries in the world, as well as introduce the foreign experience to China.
