ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Dilenia Baez

Global Finance Manager

Dilenia started her career in finance as a bank teller. She brings 11 years of experience to ITDP, seven of which were focused on quarterly budgeting, accounts payable, and the operation of all accounting systems and records. Dilenia holds a BS in business administration with a concentration in accounting and an MBA in innovation and entrepreneurial leadership from Felician College.
