ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Ajani Raushanfikra Batuparan

Urban Planning and Design Assistant

Ajani (not Anjani) is an architecture graduate from the Bandung Institute of Technology. She has always been interested in public transportation, so she decided to work on train station design for her final university project and has continued her passion for urban transportation ever since. Joining ITDP Indonesia in late 2022, she wants to help cities to have safe and sustainable mobility, especially through design. Ajani is currently assisting in urban mobility projects in Jakarta and Medan, ultimately in walking and cycling facilities. In her free time, you will find her taking care of her cats, or strolling around the city.
