ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Lívia Guimarães

Administrative and Financial Manager

Lívia Guimarães holds a degree in Public Management for Economic and Social Development, with an emphasis on the third sector, from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and is a graduate student in Strategic Management in Finance from Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas). She works at ITDP Brazil as Administrative and Financial Manager. 

Lívia has been part of the team since 2021, but before joining ITDP, she interned at a federal agency, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM), and at the state-owned company Petrobras Distribuidora. She later worked as an administrative security agent at a nonprofit Closed Supplementary Pension Entity.
