ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Juan Melo

Communications Coordinator

Juan Melo is a postgraduate student in Digital Journalism and Communication at Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) and holds a degree in Journalism from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ). He works at ITDP Brazil as Communications Coordinator. 

Juan has been part of the team since 2019 and is responsible for supporting the implementation of ITDP Brazil’s communication strategy, focusing on social media management and monitoring, content production for the blog, newsletter and email marketing campaigns, and the organization of online events.
