Programmes Manager

Nour is a Programs Manager at the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy, where she joined ITDP Africa in 2018. Nour has experience with developing design and implementation plans for public transport planning, mass transit integration, and non-motorized transport as she worked on a series of new transport projects in Egypt. These include bike sharing and a network of cycle lanes, Bus Rapid Transit, and a public engagement process focused on building systems and spaces that are accessible and welcoming to women. Nour has been involved in transport surveying, design, financial and business analysis, capacity-building efforts with government staff and local agencies, tender documentation development, compiling best practices, and applying lessons learned locally. Nour holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering with a specialization in Project Management from The American University in Cairo.
