ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Lindsay April Dellechaie

Special Assistant to the CEO

As the Special Assistant to the CEO, Lindsay (she/her/hers) provides administrative and project support to the CEO, serving as a bridge between senior management and other staff. She has several years of experience working in international NGOs and non-profits.  

Prior to joining the team at ITDP, Lindsay headed the content department for the Peace Operations Training Institute, where she supported the directors and worked with partner NGOs and UN entities to develop training materials for peace mission personnel. She previously worked as an editor for the International Organization for Migration and served as Business Manager for the Millennium Journal of International Studies. 

Lindsay received her Bachelor’s in Political Science, focusing on politics and government, from Virginia Commonwealth University. She completed her Master’s in International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she wrote her thesis on environmental threats to international security.
