ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Etsa Amanda

Sr. Transport Policy and Development Associate

Etsa Amanda is a budding transportation planner. After designing an intermodal railway station for her architecture degree final project at Bandung Institute of Technology, and a certain identity crisis, she decided to focus on the transportation sector to improve urban lives. After obtaining a master’s degree in Transportation, Infrastructure, and Logistics from Delft University of Technology, Etsa joined ITDP in 2019, working on non-motorized transportation and parking policy projects.
