Verónica Ortiz Cisneros
Communications Director, ITDP Global
Verónica is responsible for developing communication strategies and alliances that promote ITDP’s initiatives around the world. She has a degree in Communication Studies and twenty years of experience in both broadcasting and public relations. Her professional focus has primarily been on environmental, social, and cultural projects, and on communications initiatives that represent a positive transformation in the quality of life of urban communities.
She has been part of the ITDP team since 2013 as Communications Director in ITDP’s Mexico office and also as Global Publications Manager. She previously worked in communications leadership roles with organizations such as Hester Street in New York City and Cineteca Nacional de Mexico (National Film Archive) in Mexico.
